The client is a global streaming platform that specialises in delivering anime content to a large, dedicated audience. They provide users with access to a vast library of shows and movies, available through subscription-based services across multiple devices.
Goals
We were engaged by the client to:
- Provide a platform that would allow them to create, host, manage, process and provide third party access to their subscription streaming services
- Ensure the platform could handle various pricing models, languages, and be ready to conquer global demand and scale.
- Deploy a quick-to-market solution
Solution
The global platform was designed to meet the client’s every need. Conductor provided the following services:
- Seamless connectivity: Conductor linked the client to our global distribution network in addition to the networks of major third party partners, ensuring their services reached every corner of their market. In this particular case, North American distribution was handled by InComm (e.g. Walmart) and EU distribution by epay.
- Platform integration: Conductor, a fully equipped processing, hosting and issuing platform, integrated perfectly with the client’s systems, creating a unified powerhouse for managing their services. The client was able to access multiple distribution networks (e.g. epay, InComm, Blackhawk) via one integration instead of having to integrate into each network individually.
- Comprehensive reporting: Conductor’s reporting dashboard – coupled with financial rules and models for third parties – allowed for effortless tracking and management of the client’s services.
- Asset and rights management: with Conductor, the client was able to easily control assets and rights for internal and external parties, ensuring flawless management and distribution of their content.
- Product set-up support: Conductor offered support for setting up products with various pricing models and languages, providing both real-time and bulk product supply.
